CANCELLATION POLICY
I know that unexpected situations may arise from time to time, but I kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your service at least a FULL 24 hours prior to the start time. Please note that failure to give a FULL 24 hours notice will result in a fee equivalent to half of the scheduled service total, and gift certificates will be reduced to half of their value. I regret that the lack of any notification will result in a fee equivalent to the entire scheduled service and if using a gift certificate it will be voided.
