Special Instructions: When scheduling a new service, please refer to the special instructions for your scheduled service on the service page. This will help to avoid any complications or delays in receiving your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We know that unexpected situations may arise from time to time, but we kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your service at least a FULL 24 hours prior to the start time. Please note that failure to give a FULL 24 hours notice will result in a fee equivalent to half of the scheduled service total, and gift certificates will be reduced to half of their value. We regret that the lack of any notification will result in a fee equivalent to the entire scheduled service and if using a gift certificate it will be voided.
